I just wanted to let you know we received the books and paintings. They are all so wonderful!
The barrels oil painting has a very interesting green color. I’m so curious about this type of green in Norberto’s work. It seems like he used it a lot in his early period.

Pleased to confirm package arrived today and after some convincing, the delivery men helpfully did believe me that it would fit in the lift and indeed it did.

Dear Claudio

I hope that all is well for you and that the Summer is proving to be a happy time for Italy with plenty of tourists. We are still not able to travel overseas but I hope that this will change later in the year. It has been a strange year for sure.
I am writing to let you know that we have received the magnificent table and San Francesco. Thank you so much. The table is truly beautiful and we are looking forward to being able to entertain when the weather warms up here. We are still setting up the space but I will send through a photo once it is all set up so that you can see how it looks here. My husband was absolutely amazed at the workmanship and the high quality of the table top and the legs so thank you for your care and talents.

Just a quick question- should I have the table top sealed for protection?

Also San Francesco is just as I remembered and I think he is happy in his new home. I need to organize some lighting for his location but once I have that all set up, I will also send a photo of the statue.

Incredibly, THEY JUST GOT DELIVERED TO MY OFFICE!!!!  It took me about 20 minutes to carefully get through all the security tape and see them, but all 4 are PERFECT and just begging to be framed and hung on our wall!!!
